Dear E-Med Rescue team,
I was in a vehicle accident a few years ago. E-Med was on the scene of the accident almost immediately. The paramedic that assisted me was extremely friendly and very concerned about me. Luckily I had no serious injuries – but tended to me to ensure that all my vitals were in order. He was extremely calm and tried to distract me from what just happened by lighting the mood. If it was not for him I don’t think I would have been so calm. Thank you E-Med for your amazing service!

Ons het gisteraand n geval gehad waar ons n ambulans nodig gehad het. Ons het vir julle gekontak en binne oomblikke was jou manne op die toneel. Ek wil net vir julle baie dankie se vir julle uitstekende diens! Ek het nou nie name gekry nie, maar die manne was behulpsaam, vriendelik en het uit hulle pad gegaan om ons te help. Julle is great!!!!

I WAS blown away. I was involved in an accident and called Emed call centre. The dispatcher sent out an ambulance which arrived within minutes. This was being extremely professional. A day later I got a follow-up call from their call centre manager inquiring how I was doing and if I had experienced any problems with their service. I took two steps back wondering if I was in Namibia or somewhere else. Emed Rescue, your customer service is of superior quality. Teach the others how it is done and keep up the good work.

I would like to thank you and your wonderful team for the amazing duty you up hold. Last year we had two incidents at our office, and both times the Emed team was only minutes away and very professional. EMed24 was an absolute life saver for me when I was in a quad bike accident on the dunes near Swarkopmund. The tour operators I was with had absolutely no first aid ability at all and this could have ended in disaster for me. Fortunately once Brendan and his team were on the scene things were immediately under control. I actually owe the team that rescued me that day my movement as if they had not attended to me so professionally and expertly I may well have been paralysed. They also airlifted me the following day an experience that was very frightening in itself as I had no control over the situation and no idea where I was and where I was going. Again Brendan and his team were absolutely amazing in reassuring me and transported me expertly. I am pleased to say I am recovering well from an unstable fracture of my L1 vertebra which was surgically fused around 24 hours following the accident thanks to EMed24!

Absolute gentleman, he handled the situation professionally while at the same time making the elderly lady (my sisters’ mother-in-law) feel relaxed by keeping the atmosphere light.
